Accountability

Notes from Spiritual Formation Capstone:

The best accountability is one that is built in Biblical Community. We need to be accounted for our finances, purity, prayer life, time management. etc.

Questions for accountability:
1. What do you do? Why do you do what you do?
2. Direct: Have you been living in sexual purity?
3. Have you secularized any c0mpartments of life? Have you kept God out of any specific area?
4. Is anything stealing your time? thoughts? planning time?  emotionally?  priorities?  
5. How are you doing holistically? (Rose "something that is great", thorn "something thats a pain in the butt", bud "something you want to be better")
6. Have you been a good and faithful servant or a busy servant?
7. Have you been transforming into the image of Christ?
8. What did you ask God for forgiveness this week?
9. Whats keeping you from hearing God?
10. Whats God saying, doing, in your life?  What are you going to do about it?
11. What difference has Christ made in your life?
12. What is your vision and dream?
13. How does God need to come through for your right now?
14.  How is your relationships with non-Christians?  Are you intentional about reaching out?
15. What did you talk about with God this week?
16. How did you spend your time this week?

Types of Accountability:
1. Sins
2. Goals
3. Developmental
4. Emotional
5. Spiritual
6. Physical


quick thought.

Praise God! I got my first speeding ticket this morning. I was extremely sleepy and could have got into a car accident. Talk about a wake up call :) But. now God has to provide for Korea Missions and my Speeding Ticket!
